1. Data we collect
- Account data: email address, display name, avatar, and authentication identifiers when you sign up with email or Google.
- Uploaded chart images: screenshots you upload for analysis are stored in our secure private storage and linked to your account.
- Analysis data: AI-generated outputs (signals, indicators, reasoning) and chat conversations you have about each analysis.
- Usage data: device, browser, IP, timestamps, and interaction events used to operate and improve the Service.
- Billing data: if you subscribe to Analyse Chart Pro, our payment processor handles card details; we never store full card numbers.
2. Uploaded chart images
Chart screenshots are private to your account and stored in an access-controlled bucket. They are transmitted to our AI provider solely to generate the requested analysis and are not used to train third-party models. You can delete any analysis (and its image) at any time from your history.
3. User accounts
We use your account data to authenticate you, personalize the experience, display your history, and provide customer support. You may update or delete your account by contacting us.
4. Cookies

5. Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate product usage (pages visited, features used, error rates). Analytics data is used in aggregated, non-identifying form to improve Analyse Chart.
6. AI processing
Chart images and prompts are processed by third-party AI providers under contractual data-protection commitments. Providers process data only to return results to Analyse Chart and do not use your inputs to train their foundation models.
7. Data retention
Account, analysis, and chat data are retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete an analysis, its image and messages are removed from active storage. When you close your account, associated data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law.
8. Your rights
