Monthly subscription
Analyse Chart Pro is billed on a monthly basis. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your Analyse Chart Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals — you continue to have Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Because Analyse Chart Pro is delivered digitally and consumed on demand, we do not offer partial refunds once a billing period has started. This includes (but is not limited to) unused days, unused analyses, and forgotten renewals.
We may issue refunds when required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction, or in cases of duplicate charges or verified billing errors. To request a refund, email billing@analysechart.com from the email address associated with your account and include the invoice date and reason.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your card issuer — in most cases we can resolve the issue directly and faster.
