Analyse Chart provides AI-generated technical analysis of trading chart screenshots. All output — including signals, scores, entries, stop losses, and take-profit levels — is generated by artificial intelligence and is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
2. Not financial advice
Analyse Chart is not a broker, financial advisor, or investment firm. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not recommend the purchase or sale of any asset. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.
3. No guarantee of profit
AI signals may be incorrect. Markets are volatile and past performance is not indicative of future results. Analyse Chart makes no representation or warranty that use of the Service will produce profit or avoid loss.
4. Your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
- You will not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or misleading.
- You will not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
5. Subscription (Analyse Chart Pro)
Analyse Chart Pro is a paid monthly subscription that unlocks unlimited analyses and advanced features. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Prices, features, and limits may change; we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
6. Refund policy
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
8. Intellectual property
Analyse Chart and its content, branding, and software are owned by Analyse Chart and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of chart images you upload; you grant Analyse Chart a limited license to process them to provide the Service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Analyse Chart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses arising from use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
